Customers typically require narrow strips with high slitting precision. Our metal coil slitting machines utilize precision knife shafts and spacer ring positioning, resulting in minimal slitting width deviation, smooth cut edges, and minimal burrs. Processing accuracy: Slitting dimensional deviation is controllable within ±0.3 to ±0.5 mm. Equipped with a dedicated tension control system, the machines are gentle on stainless steel and mirror-finished sheets, minimizing scratches and indentations.
