From the workshop's precision grinding to the full vehicle shipment, after several days of production assembly, machine commissioning, and factory inspection, our customized 1650mm wide and 12000mm ultra-long automated stacker successfully completed the production task, was officially loaded and shipped, carrying great craftsmanship and customer trust, as we set off for the project site.

In the vast production facility, with cranes suspended high and steel frames standing tall, this extra-long stacker crane completes its transformation from component to complete machine here. The 12-meter extra-long body is a non-standard customized, large-span model, with extremely high technical requirements for steel structure strength, transmission precision, and overall machine balance.

During the production phase, technical and assembly personnel followed customized drawings to complete the welding of the main beam, roller table assembly, and the layout of hydraulic and electronic control systems step by step. The gray-white body paired with eye-catching yellow protective components features robust mechanical lines that combine practicality with industrial aesthetics; Workers climb high to meticulously verify every set of transmission parts and fastened circuit accessories, repeatedly debugging operating parameters without missing a single detail. Using rigorous processes, they grind steel raw materials into stable automated equipment, ensuring long-term stable operation from the source and adapting to the needs of continuous stacking of large-span plates – a critical requirement for slitting line manufacturers.

Fully loaded, we set out on the journey full of trust

After all equipment passes inspection, the oversized flatbed transport vehicle arrives on time at the factory shipping site. After professional hoisting, tightening, and bundling, the giant stacking equipment was smoothly placed on the heavy trailer and securely secured.

The heavy industry equipment that was once carefully completed in the factory building has now bid farewell to the production workshop and traveled a long way to the customer's factory. Once the installation, installation, and commissioning are complete, this stacker crane will officially connect to the customer's automated production line, replacing traditional manual palletizing operations – a critical upgrade frequently sought by slitting line manufacturers. It will enable automatic panel feeding, organized stacking, and finished product transfer, effectively optimizing production cycles, reducing panel bump and wear losses, helping customers reduce labor costs, and improve the intelligence and efficiency of the entire production line.
